Applied Behavior Analysis Technician (ABAT®) 40-Hour Certification Course

The Applied Behavior Analysis Technician (ABAT®) 40-hour Certification Course is designed to meet the coursework requirements established by the Qualified Applied Behavior Analysis Credentialing Board (QABA) for the ABAT credential.

This course is structured in full alignment with the current QABA ABAT Task List domains and is intended for entry-level behavior technicians, direct-care instructional staff, ABA therapists, educators, and related professionals who provide direct implementation of behavioral intervention services under appropriate supervision.

Completion of this course fulfills the 40-hour assessment-based coursework requirement for ABAT® certification.

Important Note Regarding ABAT® Certification

Please note that the ABAT® course provided by ABA Care Vietnam fulfills only the 40-hour assessment-based coursework requirement for ABAT® certification as outlined by QABA.

Individuals who successfully complete the 40-hour ABA course with ABA Care Vietnam will receive an official e-certificate of completion. This certificate is required in order to register for the ABAT® examination through QABA.

Supervised fieldwork is not automatically included in the coursework. Fieldwork supervision may be provided separately for eligible candidates who require supervised experience hours for certification and examination purposes. Availability of supervision is limited and subject to the supervisor's capacity.

ABA Care Vietnam continues to expand its professional network and supervision team to support candidates pursuing certification.

Course Delivery & Completion Requirements

The ABAT® 40-Hour Coursework at ABA Care Vietnam is delivered in a hybrid format, including in-person training and live Zoom sessions. Participants are required to attend all scheduled sessions.

To successfully complete the course, participants must pass a final examination consisting of 50 multiple-choice questions. Each question is worth 2%, and a minimum score of 70% is required to pass. This means participants must answer at least 35 out of 50 questions correctly.

A Certificate of Completion will be issued only after full attendance and successful completion of the final assessment.

Refund Policy

Refund requests will only be considered if written notice is submitted at least 24 hours prior to the course start time. All refund requests must be submitted through ABA Care Vietnam’s official email address or by contacting the official hotline. Requests made through unofficial channels will not be processed. If approved, participants may receive up to 70% of the tuition fee. No refunds will be granted once the course has begun or if the participant fails the final examination.

Early Bird Fee: 8,000,000 VND

Regular Fee: 10,000,000 VND

The Early Bird fee applies to participants who complete registration and full payment before the announced deadline.

The Regular fee applies after the Early Bird deadline has passed.
